Born in New England but meant for the big mountains, Chris moved to Colorado in 2007 to mountain bike, climb big rocks, and snowboard in the backcountry. As an avid outdoorsman, he put those skills to use helping others as a volunteer mountain rescuer with the Rocky Mountain Rescue Group in Boulder.
Prior to becoming a REALTOR® with Keller Williams 1st Realty Associates, Chris enjoyed successful careers in construction as a business owner, a custom home builder, and a project manager. Over the last ten years as an investor, he has managed his own rental portfolio and learned unconventional ways to buy and sell real estate when traditional solutions fall short. The combination of these experiences is what truly sets Chris apart from other realtors and investors, and he has a passion for leveraging that knowledge for the benefit of his clients.
His wife Andi is an interior designer with a passion for real estate. By combining forces, they are able to support clients in finding and creating their dream home. Their love for travel and adventure has led them to many incredible experiences across the globe and has influenced their pursuits in real estate and design.
Andi is a NCIDQ certified interior designer at Interiors Aligned specializing in designing spaces in alignment with the owner’s vision. Her design background in both residential and commercial spaces gives her a unique perspective and skillset that sets her apart from others in the industry. Whether it’s networking or creating beautiful spaces, Andi enjoys the nitty-gritty of what happens behind the scenes. In her free time she enjoys spending time in the mountains, traveling, volunteering, and gardening.
Indie was rescued as a puppy from an arroyo (a steep gully formed by the action of fast-flowing water in an arid or semi-arid region) in the desert of New Mexico and has been going to job sites since she was only three months old. She’s a natural stress reducer and a therapy dog-in-training. Her main role on our team is to sell smiles and inform the office when it’s time to take a break and get outside.
